| Pictured below is tooling for an automated paint line that Prism was requested to design the details that would hold automotive trim pieces for a robotic paint line. The tooling was required to hold the parts through pre heat, wash down, and paint while hard masking areas specifically requiring no paint. Batch rack and tooling is also available as shown bottom middle. Carts, racks, fixtures, and tooling for media blast applications are offered using a variety of materials to withstand abrasives as well as to not introduce foreign contaminates for specialty media applications as shown bottom right. |  |
